With a fleet of over 8,000 vehicles, we enable PORRians throughout Europe to go about their daily duties efficiently at hundreds of sites and construction projects.
Our Fleet Management team’s work covers a variety of areas:
- Fleet composition: We carefully select the manufacturers and models that form the backbone of our vehicle fleet. This means considering the intended use and determining which vehicles would be most suitable, as well as which employee groups at different hierarchical levels require access to different vehicles. We make these determinations across the entire Group based on clear guidelines.
- Mobility transition: In view of the constant changes in our modern world, we are intensively engaging with the mobility transition – the shift away from vehicles with internal combustion engines toward hybrid vehicles and alternative drive systems.
- Data management: We collect, process and interpret vast amounts of data to manage our enormous fleet efficiently and cost effectively.
